Star Energy Limited has adopted a quality system in line with international standards right from the day of inception. The company is committed and focused on continuous improvement on quality management system with zero defects in the end products. Quality control is carried on a self-assessment basis and adopted at all stages of manufacturing including the point of receipt of inputs. Each employee assumes the next workstation is his customer and performs a series of quality checks before passing a product down the line. Quality records at every stage of manufacturing are maintained in an elaborated format. Vendors for all the inputs are approved after they are assessed by experts and confirmed to have met all prerequisites of vendor qualifications. The Quality Assurance department monitors all quality control documents and carries out its own additional inspection at significant points in the production line. The quality exercise adopted ensures total product quality. Our prime assurance to our customers and distributors are “Quality with Commitment.”
For Star Energy Limited, testing means much more than just meeting the contractual “Standards” and obligations. Our labs are designed to perform Testing, using the latest high-voltage technology available. Several process tests have been designed & devised internally to ensure quality and reliability of our products and services. Our test facility is well equipped to carry out almost all tests to ensure specific quality requirement and working conditions of the transformers in the power system, including stringent tests which are specified in the international standard (IEC 60076) for the transformers. We have a variety of testing equipments, full-fledged laboratory and trained personnel to deliver quality products and services on a regular basis for absolute customer satisfaction.
